INDUSTRIAL WASTEWATER TREATMENT
According to the pollution type and pollution rate of industrial wastewater, mostly 3 types of treatment processes are applied.
1. Biological Treatment: It is a system based on the activated sludge process. It is designed as a single or double stage depending on the wastewater values and is generally applied in the textile and tourism sector.
2. Chemical Treatment: It is the preferred system for the treatment of wastewater containing high levels of chemicals. It is especially preferred in industries such as metal and metal coating industry, petrochemical facilities, paper industry and oil industry.
3. Chemical + Biological Treatment: It is based on the principle of treating the waste water by giving it to the biological treatment system after chemical treatments are done first. It is especially used in industries such as milk, leather and detergent.
Domestic Waste Water Treatment Systems
These are the systems in which human-induced waste water is reduced to conformity with the waste water discharge limits by passing through the biological treatment process or brought to the limits to be used for irrigation purposes. Available in different formats as custom built design or package type.
Package Type Waste Water Treatment System
These systems include feed pump, blower, diffusers, circulation and discharge pump and control panel. Package treatment is all made of 5 mm thick sheet material. It is painted with epoxy paint, which is extremely resistant to corrosion inside and outside.
