Working Principle: It is the process of removing solid particles, color, odor and heavy metal ions from the water by passing them through various filter elements.

Sand Filter: In sand filters, water is purified from impurities by passing through layers of sand and gravel of various diameters placed in the filter at an appropriate speed. Thus, all systems to be installed after the sand filter will be protected.
Backwashing process in sand filters can be done automatically according to time or pressure difference.
Activated Carbon Filter: The high quality activated carbon mineral used in activated carbon filters ensures the removal of all taste, odor, color, chlorine and chlorine compounds and organic substances in the water.
Tanks: Epoxy painted carbon steel tanks or galvanized sheet metal tanks are used in large capacity systems. In low capacity systems, FRP tank is preferred.
Control and Automation System: Control mechanisms in sand filter and activated carbon filter systems consist of manual systems with valves, fully automatic control valves or PLC controlled automation units. Fleck, Sieta or Autotrol brand valves are preferred as control valves and these valves perform regeneration processes depending on time and flow rate. In PLC controlled automation units, on the other hand, the regeneration process can be carried out depending on time and flow by using pneumatic, hydraulic or electric actuated valves.
